Ownership Rights: You receive a non-exclusive license to use the AI-generated portraits for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires explicit written permission.

7. Payment Terms and Pricing

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided that the AI generation process has not yet begun.

Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent the completion of your order, you will receive a full refund.

Quality Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the AI-generated portrait due to technical errors or system failures, we will provide a remake at no additional cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
