HomePix.io creates custom artwork from photographs you upload. Our services include:

• Watercolor house portraits, watercolor pet portraits, and photo restoration
• AI-assisted instant previews you review and approve before anything is finished
• Optional personalization such as custom text and special requests
• Digital download and framed physical print options
• Customer support and assistance

3. User Eligibility and Age Requirements

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. If you are under 18, you may only use our service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Users: You may not use our service if you are legally prohibited from receiving or using our services under applicable law.

4. Account Registration and Security

No Account Required: Orders can be placed as a guest — we only need your name, email, and photo. If you create an account for certain features, you must provide accurate and complete information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5. User Content and Uploads

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the original photographs you upload to our service.

Content License: By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing our AI portrait generation service.

AI Processing Consent: By uploading a photo, you authorize us to process it with artificial-intelligence image tools, including the trusted third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy, to create your previews and artwork. We do not use your photos to train AI models. If your photo includes people — common with photo restorations — you confirm you have their permission (or the right) to submit it.

Content Restrictions: You may not upload content that:

• Contains illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material
• Violates the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Depicts violence, abuse, or harm to animals
• Is a photograph you do not own or do not have permission to use, including photos of people or pets you lack the right to submit

6. AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

Generated Artwork: Previews and artwork created by our service are derivative works based on your uploaded photographs combined with our AI tooling, artistic styles, and finishing work.

Ownership Rights: You receive a non-exclusive license to use the AI-generated portraits for personal and commercial purposes - including business marketing, closing gifts, and client materials - at no extra cost.

Our Rights: We retain all rights to our AI algorithms, artistic styles, templates, and the underlying technology used to create the portraits.

Usage Restrictions: You may not:

• Resell the portraits themselves as standalone products (e.g., reselling prints or files of the artwork as your own product line)
• Claim ownership of the AI technology or artistic styles
• Use the portraits in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Payment Terms and Pricing

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through PayPal and other approved payment processors. All payments are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your purchases.

Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not happy with your order, contact us at support@homepix.io within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you in full - no questions asked.

Approval Before Finishing: Nothing is printed or finalized until you approve the design or proof. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before giving that approval.

Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent the completion of your order, you will receive a full refund.

Free Previews: Preview designs shown during ordering are complimentary; declining them creates no charge or obligation.

9. Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER: OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIABILITY LIMITATION: IN NO EVENT SHALL HOMEPIX.IO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
