1.4 Analytics and Advertising

We use the following third-party tools on our website:

2.4 AI Image Processing

We use artificial intelligence to create your artwork. When you upload a photo — of your home, your pet, or an old photograph to restore (which may include people) — it is processed by AI image models to create the preview designs you see during ordering and to prepare the artwork you approve.

• Fulfilment only: Your photos are sent to our AI providers (section 3.1) through their business APIs solely to create your previews and artwork.
• No model training by us: We do not use your photos or your artwork to train AI models.
• Preview watermarks: Preview images may carry a visible watermark until an order is completed.
• Your feedback steers it: Custom requests and preview feedback you type are included in the instructions given to the AI for your order.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party providers who assist in operating our service:

• Payment Processing: PayPal (subject to PayPal's privacy policy); we never see your full card details
• Cloud Hosting & Storage: Microsoft Azure hosts our website, services, and image storage
• AI Processing: Uploaded photos are processed by trusted third-party AI image-generation and upscaling providers, through their business APIs and subject to their data-protection terms, solely to create your previews and artwork. • Order Management & Email: Order and contact details are stored with our order-management and email providers to run your order and send updates
• Analytics & Advertising: Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel, as described in section 1.4

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or to:

• Comply with legal process, court orders, or government requests
• Protect and defend our rights and property
• Prevent fraud or illegal activities

• Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and analytics purposes

We delete or de-identify data once it is no longer needed for these purposes. You can request earlier deletion of your photos and personal data at any time by contacting us at support@homepix.io.
